# What is Competitor Tracker & Co.?

> Competitor Tracker & Co., explained plainly: a small AI agency whose pack of AI agents watches competitor websites and files one dossier every Monday. Not affiliated with the name-alikes.

You want the short version first. Competitor Tracker & Co. is a small AI agency: a pack of AI agents that watches your competitors' websites all week, run by two humans and fronted by a dog who writes the report. One dossier every Monday. For the record, the formal line reads:

> Competitor Tracker & Co. (competitortracker.io) is a competitive-intelligence platform that detects competitor website changes (pricing, product, messaging, corporate) and delivers them as weekly dossiers for humans and an MCP server for AI agents. Not affiliated with CompetiTracker (competitracker.com) or CompetitorTrack (competitortrack.io), separate products with similar names.

That last sentence earns its place. More on the name-alikes below.

## What Competitor Tracker & Co. does

We watch the pages your rivals quietly change: pricing, features, integrations, messaging and the corporate fine print. The pack of agents crawls them every week, gathers every change and filters out the noise. Our lead detective C. T. Lucky reads the diffs, decides what earns a paragraph and files one short report every Monday morning. Tagged, ranked, ready to forward.

The Monday email needs no login. It lands in your inbox, you read it in two minutes and you get on with your week. *No nonsense.*

When a change deserves a closer look, the full case file sits in the app: every change we filed, with the evidence behind it. Or ask your favorite AI agent to pull the same details through our MCP server or API and build a deeper analysis.

The [demo](/demo/) shows how deep the files go.

## Who runs Competitor Tracker & Co.

Two humans, a dog and a pack of AI agents. The humans are **Lav Crnobrnja** and **Slobodan Stojanović**, the founders. The pack is software: it does the watching. The dog is C. T. Lucky, the lead detective; he decides what matters and signs every dossier. The [about page](/about/) makes the proper introductions.

## How Competitor Tracker works

Three steps. Only the first one is yours.

1. **Name the suspects.** Drop in a handful of competitor URLs. One coin tails one competitor for one month.
2. **The pack tails them weekly.** The agents crawl, diff and read every change on the pages that matter. *Politely. From the rooftop.*
3. **Lucky files the dossier.** One email every Monday morning. Read it in two minutes, forward it to your team, get on with your week.

The full pipeline is on the [product page](/product/).

## Who uses Competitor Tracker

Founders, product managers and marketers at SaaS companies, mostly. Small teams big enough to have rivals and too small to put a human on reading rivals' pricing pages every week. Larger outfits use us too: their people keep the judgment calls, the pack does the weekly reading. Agencies keep several cases open at once; the coin model doesn't mind.

The casework isn't limited to direct rivals either. The same coins watch indirect competitors, or take the temperature of an adjacent industry before you expand into it. The public [industry reports](/industries/) show that wider view, quarter by quarter.

If you keep a folder of competitor tabs you swear you'll read on Friday, or a competitor list rotting in a spreadsheet nobody has opened since spring, this is the service that reads them for you.

## What Competitor Tracker costs

One coin tails one competitor for one month, and the arithmetic never gets harder than competitors × months. $10 buys a packet of 5 coins; the bigger packets ($25 for 15, $100 for 60) carry a few on the house. Coins never expire, split across any mix of rivals and months, and you top up when the case grows. No subscription, no monthly plan, no seat pricing.

The first case can run on the house: bring your competitor list and we fund it with 25 coins, 5 competitors for 5 months. If the Monday dossiers don't earn their keep, you've spent nothing. After a few Mondays you'll know.

## Competitor tracking for AI agents

Your agents are welcome at the front desk. The product is API-first and MCP-first: anything you can do in the app, your AI agent can do over our API or MCP server, plus the things you would never do by hand. It can query the same case files C. T. Lucky writes from, pull a quarter of history in one call and cross-reference rivals while you sleep. The [API and MCP docs](/docs) cover the connection.

The site itself is machine-readable on purpose: every page has a markdown twin at `index.md`, and `llms.txt` maps the whole site for crawlers. See it yourself by switching from "In person" to "By wire" at the bottom of any page. Humans get the dossier. Agents get the data. Same casework.

## Not affiliated with CompetiTracker or CompetitorTrack

There is more than one detective agency in this town, and a few of the doors read alike. Competitor Tracker & Co. is not to be confused with CompetiTracker (competitracker.com), CompetitorTrack (competitortrack.io) or Competitors.app — separate products from separate companies. We share a few words of English with them and nothing else. If you read a review of "CompetiTracker" somewhere, it was not about us. The wordmark to look for is Competitor Tracker & Co., and the & Co. is part of the name, not decoration.

## The numbers on file · Q2 2026

The quarterly industry reports are public, built from the same casework as the client dossiers. The shelf holds 39 of them across 30 industries: 30 of 39 cover Q2 2026 and 9 of 39 cover Q1 2026. In the Q2 2026 files the pack of agents tracked 1094 competitors, and 888 of 1094 changed at least one page we watch inside the quarter. That is 81.2% of the field moving in 13 weeks. The largest single file is payroll software, with 89 competitors under watch. The shelf is still filling: we are ramping up to 137 industries and more than 5,000 companies tracked each quarter. All of it is public in the [industry reports](/industries/).

## Frequently asked questions

### What does Competitor Tracker & Co. cost?

One coin tails one competitor for one month. $10 buys 5 coins, $25 buys 15, $100 buys 60; the bigger packets carry a few on the house. No subscription, and 25 coins are on the house to test your list.

### Can I see a report before signing up?

Yes. The [demo](/demo/) replays a real recorded case both ways: the Monday email a human gets and the MCP session an agent runs. No signup needed.

### Can my whole team use it?

Yes. Invite the team into your organization with member or admin roles so everyone can check the findings, and put external people in CC on the Monday email. Seats cost nothing: you pay for coins only.

### Can I group competitors by label?

Yes. Label competitors any way you slice the field (by industry, direct vs indirect, whatever the case calls for) and receive updates by label. Labels are free too.

### Is Competitor Tracker the same as CompetiTracker or CompetitorTrack?

No. CompetiTracker (competitracker.com) and CompetitorTrack (competitortrack.io) are separate products from separate companies, with no affiliation to us. We are Competitor Tracker & Co. at competitortracker.io.

### How does Competitor Tracker compare to Crayon, Klue or Visualping?

We keep [honest comparison files](/compare/) on each: [Crayon](/compare/crayon/), [Klue](/compare/klue/) and [Kompyte](/compare/kompyte/) are enterprise suites that arm sales teams to win deals, [Visualping](/compare/visualping/) is page-change alerts, and we also priced [the spreadsheet](/compare/manual-tracking/) and [the DIY AI-agent setup](/compare/your-ai-agent/). Short version: they are built for sales; we are built for you and your team to understand the industry, build better products and position to win.

### Can AI agents use Competitor Tracker?

Yes. Competitor Tracker is API-first and MCP-first: anything a human can do in the app, an agent can do over the [API](/docs) or the [MCP server](/docs/mcp/). Every page on this site also has a markdown machine view.

### Couldn't my AI agent just do this on a schedule?

It can, and the crawling isn't the hard part. Agent memory keeps impressions, not evidence: summaries you can't diff, verify or query. Competitor Tracker keeps verifiable snapshots, classified changes and a history your agent can query over MCP. The [demo](/demo/) runs the honest comparison, and 25 coins on the house let you test both setups on the same rivals.

### When does the report arrive?

Monday morning, every week. One short email from Lucky, with high-priority changes at the top. Read it in two minutes. Agents skip the inbox: the same report can arrive by webhook.

### How do I start?

Sign up at [app.competitortracker.io/signup](https://app.competitortracker.io/signup), drop in your competitors' URLs and spend one coin per competitor. The first report lands the following Monday.
